• Non-refundable deposits: All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable under any circumstances. This ensures that the buyer is committed to the purchase and that the puppy is reserved exclusively for them.

• Post-pickup policy: Once a puppy is picked up, all payments made are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, Hart's Precious Pups LLC may allow for an exchange, but only under specific conditions outlined in our health guarantee.

At Hart's Precious Pups LLC, exchanges of puppies are possible but only under specific conditions related to our health guarantee.

• Health Guarantee: If a puppy develops a health issue that is covered under our health guarantee and is verified by a licensed veterinarian within the agreed-upon time frame, we may offer an exchange for another available puppy.

• Conditions for Exchange: Any exchange must be reviewed and approved by Hart's Precious Pups LLC. Puppies must be returned in good condition, and exchanges will only be considered for health-related reasons as outlined in the contract.
